History:



Evangelio Vivo was founded by Alegna Rentas moved by situations and attitudes that occur within God's people that do not reflect what a true Christian, follower of Jesus is.

Alegna Rentas was born and raised in a Christian home.
Her first steps in faith were given in the first Charismatic Church of Ponce, Puerto Rico where she participated in the Church's Children's Choir. She was a Sunday School teacher and part of musical group in another church of that same denomination. God allowed her to start a small prayer group in her Medicine School which, Glory be to God,later became the Christian Student Association of the School. In the Association she preached, started a small Christian Newspaper and organized community oriented activities to benefit the surrounding community and take them the message of an all loving God.



Note: For the Glory of God, since August 17, 2005, Evangelio Vivo Ministries has been officially Incorported according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Mission:

Restore lost values within God's people and bring forth the message of an all living, all loving God.
